Тема: UTM10 не завелся...

Доброго!
Купили эту железку... с первого старта не завелся - тестовый светодиод не гаснет, DHCP не стартует, пинг не отвечает, процедура сброса на дефолт не проходит.
При подключении консолью, вываливается ошибка в конце:

правда, я не силен в Линуксе.. Но насколько я понимаю, чисто теоретически, есть возможность залить прошивку через консоль, (да, знаю, 150М сутки льется :-) ))), либо, можно записать на СФ карту, а потом средствами лоадера, как-то ее запустить... Вопрос как это сделать?
файл прошики есть, UTM5_10_25-Firmware-V3.1.1-31.pkg, по моим представлениям, его нужно сделать или бинарником, или .img- как? потом, заливать - нужно указать адресс...
Может, у кого есть соображения , как оживить железяку?
PS вопрос возврата /обмена рассматривается равносильно выбрасываанию...
